To many times I see the mistake of people fighting with arms extended but head back, afraid of being hit in to face. Unfortunately, by doing so, the body structure becomes ineffective, the strikes becomes weak, the balance is off, it becomes a total disaster. The three hardest points on the upper body is the forehead and the two elbow just below the tip. To win fights, one must integrate these three points and charge into the opponent taking over his space. When this happen, you are fully utilizing your hardest weapons, generating integrated force and keeping balance. You would have a much better chance of surviving the fight.
This is like, kissing the opponent, but NOT really kissing the opponent.
